Important Notes:
- If you wish to attend the Symposium and present your academic paper at the concurrent sessions, you should register as "Paper Presenter" or "Student". The registration ticket "Delegate" is for registrants who wish to participate at the plenary and concurrent sessions.

PAYMENT METHODS

1) Viva Wallet

By choosing Viva Wallet, you are redirected to the Smart Checkout payment page where you can either enter your card details and submit the payment or pay via your Viva Wallet account.

2) Paypal

"Check out with Paypal" button will take you to the Paypal payment page where you can pay using your Paypal account or directly with your credit card. A Paypal account is not required.

If you have completed your registration form but your payment is pending:

Make your payment opening the following link in your browser: https://pay.vivawallet.com/elliniki-etairia-energiakis-oikonomias

You only have to enter the amount you want to pay plus a description (Registration Fee / Your Name) as a reference. After clicking on the Pay [amount] button, you are redirected to the Smart Checkout payment page where you can either enter your card details and submit the payment or pay via your Viva Wallet account.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received after September 22, 2023, will be honored; however, no refund will be made. There will be no refunds for “no shows.” There is no exception allowed to this policy. Should you be unable to attend, substitutions may be made to transfer your registration to another member of your organization at any time up to September 22, 2023.
