Founded in 2015, The Hellenic Association for Energy Economics offers many benefits to those in the Energy Industry. Members gain a broader understanding of energy economics, policymaking and theory. Members, also, belong to an international network of energy experts from the academic, industry, finance and public sectors, have access to some of the latest energy research results, and participate in meetings and conferences that are truly informative.

Membership in the Association is drawn from a wide variety of people with interest in energy, environment and, economy issues, including universities, government, international agencies, regulatory bodies, industry, and the financial sector.

Particular areas of expertise are energy economics, energy policy, environmental protection with a focus on the EU energy system, world energy markets, climate policy and the future energy landscape.

HAEE’s publications and conferences provide reliable and up to date information on all topics and challenges within the energy industry, while members enjoy the opportunity to network within the largest Association of energy professionals.

Anyone with an active interest in the field of energy economics is eligible for membership in the HAEE and will benefit from belonging.

HAEE/IAEE Combined Membership
Corporate / Institutional

For leading businesses and institutions involved in the energy sector, membership in the HAEE is automatically combined with membership in the IAEE. The combined membership dues include € 2.500 a year and a one-off registration payment of €500. Membership through an Affiliate is on a calendar year basis. Please make sure that you have completed the registration process via HAEE website on due time, as the enrollment of the members to the IAEE takes place twice a year, January 31 and March 15.

Associate

Individuals may join the HAEE directly and the IAEE through the HAEE by selecting the HAEE/IAEE combined membership. HAEE, as the Greek Affiliate, will collect the dues and forward them to Headquarters (IAEE) to establish membership. At the beginning of each year the Headquarters (IAEE) bills the Affiliate (HAEE) for the dues of its IAEE members. The combined membership dues include €230 a year and a one-off registration fee of €50. Membership through an Affiliate is on a calendar year basis. Please make sure that you have completed the registration process via HAEE website on due time, as the enrollment of the members to the IAEE takes place twice a year, January 31 and March 15.

Student

Students may join the HAEE directly and the IAEE through the HAEE by selecting the HAEE/IAEE combined membership. Associate

Individuals may join exclusively the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics. HAEE membership dues include €100 a year and a one-off registration fee of €50. HAEE memberships run twelve months from the date of receipt of a new member's dues.
