We are delighted to announce that Energynomics, Romania will join this year’s 10th HAEE Energy Transition Symposium as an official Content Partner, strengthening the international scope of our flagship event and reinforcing the long-standing collaboration between the energy sectors of Greece and Romania.
Romania is fast becoming a pivotal force in Southeast Europe’s energy transition. As the country ramps up its efforts to diversify its energy mix—scaling up renewable energy capacity, modernizing grid infrastructure, and committing to the decarbonization of its power sector—it also plays a vital role in enhancing regional energy security.
The ties between Greece and Romania in the energy domain are not new. Greek energy companies have long maintained a robust presence in Romania, actively contributing to the country’s transition through investments in RES, electricity distribution, and natural gas networks.
Through this partnership, Energynomics will actively contribute to the Symposium’s program with two high-level panel discussions (topics to be announced shortly), offering insights from Romania’s evolving energy landscape and facilitating dialogue on shared challenges and opportunities in Southeast Europe.
As we mark the 10th edition of our annual Symposium, we are excited to deepen our engagement with regional stakeholders and foster new platforms for knowledge exchange, policy dialogue, and strategic collaboration.
Stay tuned for more updates on the agenda and international partnerships shaping this year’s event!
